Structure and principle
Flash dryer consist of heat exchanger,throwing feeder,drying pipe,cyclone,air locker,induced draft fan,fan main pipe and exhaust pipe.
In drying process,fresh air are heated through the Heat Exchanger and mix with the partical material from Raiser(the material can also be raised by the special seal screw conveyor),using the hot air as medium,heat is conducted to partical material,the water inside and outside of partical material will be transformed into steam,the mix with air air flow in dry tube.Finally,use the cyclone separator(cyclone)and air locker to separate material from air and water vapor,therefore reduce moisture in the material.The dried material is sent to the next step by discharge port while the end gas is discharged by the exhausting pipe.
