Full device body made of stainless steel production, to ensure that material is not eroded ,a special process for equipment surfaces,outside the grounds, oil and dirt resistant.Cyclone tube is made of US.FDA approved material,high energy and high efficiency.

一、Structure and Principle

1. Each stage of hydro cyclone is comprised of hydro cyclone assembly and starch pump.Combine several stages of hydro cyclone together optimally to fulfill the target of concentration,recovery and refining so that thus can be called multi-stage hydro cyclone.

Hydro cyclone assembly is comprised of Drum cyclone and Plate cyclone.1.Drum cyclone is comprised of cylinder, door cover seal adjustment bolts, large partitions, small separators, hand wheels, overflow into spout, bottom orifice, Ο-ring, cyclone tube (dozens to hundreds) and other components, the cylinder body by the partition divided into feed, overflow and underflow three chambers by o seals closed loop.


2. Cover plate assembly by the cyclone, swirl chamber, partitions, door cover, overflow, inlet, underflow mouth, Ο-ring, swirl tube assembly (ten to hundreds of branch support) etc. separated by the partition into the feed, overflow and underflow three chambers, sealed by the O-ring.


3. The job is done by dozens to hundreds of cyclone tubes inside hydro cyclone block.The tubes are fabricated by utilizing hydrodynamics principle,that is,when starch milk feeds into cyclone tubes in tangential direction under certain pressure,the starch milk starts swirling along inside wall of cyclone tubes in high speed.Within the milk,the velocity of starch granules is faster than that of water and other light impurities. In the process of reducing cyclone,starch granules with certain amount of water,in the form of spiral column,move towards under flow hole at the bottom of cyclone tube.

Around the central axis of cyclone tube,a centred column swirling in the same direction is synchronized,with a lower speed than outer column.Light particles gather inside the inner centred column.

Due to the small section area of under flow hole,when the spiral column flows through the under flow hole,a counter force is synchronized to push the centred column moving through over flow hole.
