MVR is the abbreviation of mechanical vapor recompression technology (mechanical vapor recompression)
Principle:
An energy-saving technology that uses the secondary steam generated by the MVR evaporation system itself to increase the energy of the secondary steam through the work of the compressor, and reheat the MVR evaporator, thereby greatly reducing the demand for external steam energy.
Features:
1. The energy supply method of the MVR system - electrical energy.
2. The condensed water of the MVR system preheats the raw materials, which improves the utilization rate of energy.
3. The MVR system has simple process, small footprint and strong practicability.
MVR system evaporator classification:
The evaporator is mainly composed of a heating chamber and a separation chamber. Heating chambers are available in various forms to suit the different requirements of various production processes. According to the movement of the solution in the heating chamber, the evaporator can be divided into two types: circulating type and one-pass type (non-circulating).
1. Circulating evaporator:
Central circulation tube evaporator, forced circulation evaporator.
2. Single-pass (non-circulating) evaporator:
Falling film evaporator, rising film evaporator.
