For a long time, Tidecom has been providing innovative solutions for the wheat starch industry from a single machine to a complete process. A full understanding of the major challenges facing the wheat starch industry today. Therefore, a wealth of technical solutions have been developed for the design, construction and optimization of a complete set of multi-purpose equipment for the recovery and extraction of by-products such as wheat starch, gluten, animal feed, and even bioethanol.

Product Introduction:
At present, the two main wheat starch production technology are Martin method and tricanter method, each of which has its own advantages. The tricanter process featuring good production continuity, stable product quality and low water consumption is suitable for large-scale continuous production. Martin method has the advantages of small scale, low energy consumption, flexible production arrangement, low requirement of flour quality, and suitable for small-scale intermittent production.
In recent years, people have developed Martin method by improving the gluten washing process of the traditional method. The dough is continuously washed 7-8 times originally in the washing machine, and now it is improved to rough washing + fine washing two stages.
Compared with Martin's method, the decanter separates pentosane, C starch and other impurities as the light phase out of the system in the early stage of the production, which solves the biggest difficulty for the subsequent material treatment, so a big amount of water is saved, and almost no waste water is discharged in the whole system. In addition, continuous material processing makes no big quality difference in different batches under the condition of stable raw material quality.
Key equipment:
1. Gluten washer: key equipment in Martin Process. The dough is kneaded and washed from different directions, and the starch and gluten dissociate from each other. The process of gluten washing directly affects the quality of gluten.
2. Tricanter: key equipment in Tricanter Process. The dough is separated into A starch (heavy phase), gluten (middle phase) and pentosane (light phase) by the tricanter.
3. Centrifugal sieve: it is used to separate the fine fiber from the starch milk.
4. Hrdorcyclone unit: it is used for the refinery of the starch milk.
5. Flash dryer: for starch drying.
6. Gluten dryer: specially designed for gluten drying.
