Established in 1998, Tidecom Technology Co., Ltd. is dedicated to manufacturing series of processing lines and equipment of potato starch, cassava starch, sweet potato starch, corn starch, wheat starch, rice starch etc. The company covers an area of 50000 square meters, has 200 employees and achieves a sales value of more than RMB 100 million.

As the top brand in China starch industry and also the top brand “SGT” representing China in international market, Tidecom has been concentrating on research and development since its establishment. Tidecom has an information center in Holland and a joint venture in Denmark, to ensure its technology be in sync with that of the Europe. It also invests RMB 50million on a R&D base in Wulanchabu, Inner Mongolia. The base has the largest, the most comprehensive test systems and pilot scale experiment systems for starch, flour and modified starch. In Hefei, Tidecom sets up the Research &Development Center for new technology and techniques by coordinating with national biotechnology and the newest international achievements. For years, the company has been making continuous technological innovations, obtained more than 40 patents in starch machinery field, and has passed the Quality Management System ISO9001 and gotten CE certificate.

Tidecom has been devoted to starch processing technology for twenty years by pursuing excellence in SGT brand quality. Each of the equipment produced undergoes 3 rounds of standardized designs, including assembly drawing, semi-assembly drawing, and BOM list. 

The Manufacturing Technique Division decomposes the drawings and sends the fabricating standard drawings to workshops, and also develops tooling and fixture specially for them. The materials supply division allocates materials directly to work stations and assigns them according to the BOM achieving the highest efficiency.

 Advance processing equipment are operated by sophisticated technicians, and in key stations by those all with 7-year-above experience.  Advanced equipment and experienced staff ensure the precision and finish of products. 

QC system is carried out throughout the whole process of manufacturing which guarantees the quality of SGT products.  Another important guarantee is that each component are from international famous brands and qualified reliable suppliers.

So far, Tidecom’s processing lines have served more than 200 starch producers, around 150 of them located in China and 50 in different countries. The maximum single line production capacity of fresh potato can reach to 70 t/h, and cassava starch productivity to 300t/d.
