Stone Remover is a professional equipment to remove stones designed according to characters of tubers. It is widely used in the stone washing process in starch production. It can effectively remove the sand and the inclusion of large gravel, bricks and other heavy debris attached to potato, sweet potato, cassava, etc. It can protect equipments in the post processes, and improve the quality of starch. According to the structure and working principle, there are 2 models: cyclone gravity type and reverse spiral horizontal type.

Structure and principle:
Stone Remover is made of motor,main shaft,inverse spiral belt,rotation screen barrel,sand drum,stone miscellaneous export,feed port,frame.(attached the structure picture)
This machine is made of the frame and drum and the drum is made of the sand drum,riddle drum;the wall of the sand drum have the sieve pit according to the craft requirement.the sand that diameter less than sieve will leak to outside of sieve pit when the Continuous removal of stone is working.and on the working of outer wall thrust spiral belt of sieve tube,to move in the direction of the water flow,dropping in the sand collecting that before the machine,through the sand removing plate use the sand drum transpire to the stone miscellaneous discharge port.
Those sundries,such as stone,brick material, the diameter is a little big,this is not float,it will attached to the inner wall of the sieve tube after when those sundries inter into the riddle drum,on the pushing of the on the working of inner wall thrust spiral belt of sieve tube,go ahead for reverse flow direction and drop in the inner sand drum ,eliminating with those sands that the diameter more smaller.
