On September 7, 2022, on the eve of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the first formula milk powder production line project of Tidecom was successfully signed in Hefei, the headquarters of the company. The project is located in Indonesia. The project uses mature and advanced high-pressure spray technology to produce whole milk powder and formula milk powder. From the beginning of the project establishment, Tidecom has organized the company's internal resources, introduced professional and technical personnel in the industry, and established an excellent professional team, providing customers with high-quality services in terms of project consultation, scheme design, production line design, equipment selection, etc., which has been fully affirmed and highly trusted by customers. In order to deliver goods to customers on time, the production workshop is very busy. Not only do they work overtime continuously, but they also give up rest on Sundays. Indonesia Sungai Budi Group Corporation is currently the world's largest tapioca starch processing group company. There are more than a dozen tapioca starch production enterprises throughout Indonesia, with a total of 22 100TPD tapioca starch production lines, and the total annual output of tapioca starch exceeds 1 million tons. Under the on-site guidance of our company's technical staff, after nearly 2 months of construction in December, two 100TPD cassava starch production lines were transformed and successfully debugged at one time. After more than one year of actual production and use by Sungai Budi Group Company, the difficult situation of incomprehension and unfamiliarity with the process and equipment operation in the early stage of production has been overcome. At the same time, due to the impact of the new crown epidemic, our company's technicians cannot go to Indonesia. All kinds of problems encountered in production were solved on-site. Our company’s technicians could only guide on-site production operations through remote phone calls and videos. After the unremitting efforts of both parties, the later cassava starch production line finally normalized production and achieved the expected goal of Sungai Budi Group Company. After March 2021, we have successively signed another 15 100TPD tapioca starch production lines with our company. The company undertook the general contracting project of 150+50 tons/day cassava starch production line from PT. NUTRINDO BOGARASA in Indonesia, which started in 2015, and completed equipment installation and commissioning at the end of May 2016. The entire production line completed the linkage test run, the project was a complete success, and the quality of the project was completed.It has been fully affirmed and recognized by customers, which has further consolidated the company's brand influence in the Indonesian market.
